As the summer season is here, beginning June 15, 2026, and running through September 30, 2026, courtroom attire for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court, pursuant to Rule 6 of the Rules of the Muscogee District Court, will be suspended. Attorneys may wear business casual or professional clothing such as slacks or khakis, collared shirts, blouses, and modest dresses for all scheduled court appearances.
