Traffic Court
All Fines and Fees can be paid one of three ways:
1. Clicking on our “Online Payments” tab;
a. We use CitePayUSA to process online payments.
b. Choose "Oklahoma" for state and "Muscogee Creek Tribal Court (OK)" for Court.
c. You will have to enter your Case Number, not your Citation Number.
You can find your case number by using our "Court Calendar" tab.
Log in and then choose Searches on the top left
Choose Case Search by Party and enter your name.
This will pull up your case. Your case number will start with "TR-"
If you can not find your name in our system it most likely means that your ticket has not been entered into our system yet. You can try back later or contact the Court Clerk's office at:
assistance@mcndistrictcourt.com or call 918-758-1400 and ask for the Traffic Division.
2. Mailing in a money order or Cashier’s Check to:

3. Paying in person with a Money Order or Cashier's Check at the District Court’s window in the Mound Building.
If you need to establish a payment plan, please contact the M(C)N District Court at assistance@mcndistrictcourt.com or call 918-758-1400 and ask for the Traffic Division.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the District Court is aware of your intent and actions to pay your ticket before your court date if you want to be removed from the Docket.
If you are on the Docket to appear before the Court and do not attend there will be a Bench Warrant issued.
Traffic Court Hearings are in-person.
Traffic Court is held Once a Month (Dates Posted below). The date on your ticket may not be your actual court date. You will receive a letter from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Attorney General Office with your court date.
If there is any confusion please call 918-758-1400 and ask for the Traffic Division..
If you are scheduled to appear for a Traffic Docket (hearing or trial) and do not, there will be a Bench Warrant issued for your arrest. bond will be set at the amount of your fines and fees.
This means that missing a court date can lead to incarceration.
